Two teammates, Queu and Kaan, said they don't blame their soccer coach after he and 12 of their teammates were trapped in a cave after a hike on June 23.

Power of meditation, right there. The coach happened to be a former monk, and was especially trained in meditation and acceptance. He taught these children to meditate as they wait to conserve energy and most importantly, keep themselves calm.

No, it is universal. Winston Churchill famously used it in his speeches, and on V-E and V-J day, Americans and Europeans everywhere pointed to fingers up in victory. It is a victory sign. But, if pointed with the palm towards the chest, it is the British middle finger.

put blinking lights under water from start and end of the dive in each pocket area or section, so that divers can easily navigate by looking at the blinking water it would be important that the lights are color coded which is which, also attach each boys with lights so that divers under water can always see and locate them. next they have to pass the boys to the next section where another divers are waiting and do the same passing the boys to the next section to another divers. kinda like passing relay
@cliffvillanueva78786 жыл бұрын
Future Hindsight even with zero visibility the color of the lights will illuminate or glow the water. also the lights can help to keep the boys focus and something to stare at while underwater so they don't feel blind and stuck.

i'm from Singapore the tiny country. If the teens do not swim, suggest 2 divers to one teen rescue, probably to strap the teen on one's back or front as the diver swims out with spare tanks on another diver. This is another option since today they gg to bring out one of them. At some sections it may be easier to pull the rescueing diver with the teen out using rope than to swim one end to the other section - those onsite will know better on how to coordinate and send signals to pull, because swimming against flow of current can be great challenge for the diver with teen as exertion can increase use of oxygen and ...

Hello I've sent this mail to the British cave rescue council also, I'm a British guy following the Thai cave rescue from Tokyo Japan. I'm a designer by trade, and have no experience involving underwater cave systems, but am familiar the complexities of how much of a inhospitable place they can be, in the best of times. As you are aware, the cave rescue of the young Thai boys is very much in the news around the world, and is deeply concerning for all directly involved, I've been trying to figure in my head the best way to get these boys out, for days now, From the Thailand cave system and the complex dangers there in. My idea is, and please hear me out, They need to parcel them up and limited them from any movement of them self, what so ever, even sedated them possibly and them placed inside very small thin cylinder type units, designed to slide between through narrow rock faces equipped with slightly negative buoyancy to allow free movement of the units, with supply of air going into them, only then will the boys not cause any problems to the crews, extracting them. If they were placed inside narrow pressurised, short ergonomically designed structure with enough oxygen supply, thin and short enough to manoeuvre with lead weights attached inside or out for the long dive parts...with rope attached at either end.. Maybe whilst being sedated for the journey as well, and guide them out, along the guide rope in side the cave, do you think there is small chance something like this could work? Instead of the many comments I've seen on this rescue event, maybe we should be suggesting ideas of how to get them out instead, fast right? As none of the comments I've seen so far are seem like they are going help the boys to get out, most are of very high risk and seems even the experts are not sure what to do, without very high risks involved. So, maybe the brains of world could develop some thing fast or there might even be some thing already available that someone has not thought to use.....yet..I'm just thinking out loud here so please don't judge me to harshly, but I've been thinking hard about it for days, I'm sorry I might be very un knowledgeable about underwater rescue but, what I'm describing is Like those structured suitcases designed for top of your car, but thinner stronger and air tight...full of lead maybe but enough space for small boy...maybe even a empty short missile, something at least that kind of shape, This is just an idea, But if they were inside a plastic or metal sealed parcel with a tube attached to a oxygen tank attached or held by diver swimming or pushing behind, Maybe even a small propella fitted to back of the flask or torpedo- like capsule to help it move faster, there must be some British or American engineers or military guys out there who can come up with something similar quickly, We are a land of engineers..the western world after all, could we not think of something like this, and put it to the test In a swimming pool, there is a small chance something like this could work, I know that there's not much time but there might even be something that could be made very quickly or already available....something shaped like those short stubby fibre glass Kayaks, if sealed in the right way, and would also work for sliding and floating them in the parts that above water......and protect there small body's from damage .... Sorry to bother you I just didn't know who to contact with this idea, i am presently trying to email quite a few agencys about right now, if you don't think this is something you could organise, maybe could you forward it or send to someone or agency that might consider it, as its worth a chance to test it in water tanks well before deploying...or at least for future development. I will try and send this email to other such agency's in case it might help, this really a chance to improve the possibility of it working, but this idea needs to developed be the right people, that's why I'm sending it to you.... Thanks so much for your time, Mr Martin Van der Zwan,

That's not a prayer. That's a mantra. Buddishm teaching doesn't consider Buddha as God and they don't believe in any deities to pray to. What people usually mistake them as praying is actually a mantra for clearing one's own mind. Ironically, said teaching is what kept these kids safe. Buddishm has a very strong emphasis in keeping one's mind clear (hence the kids' calm), and accepting that life may take you at any moment in time (hence the kids' sanity). It's actually a very important skill to have in a life threatening situation like this if you ask me.

BRIGHTER SOLUTION! i think elon musk's specially-designed, custom-made tube system (1 to 2 meters in diameter) with something they can hold on to or grasp inside (especially in steep or elevated places) is one of the brighter solutions this durable / solid / flexible / elastic tube system (meters or kilometer in length) will be used only in watery / flooded areas for the children to cross yes, the children need not wear frogsuits nor go into diving mode, they only have to wear helmets & body pads (safety body protectors) or there can be a pulling-system inside where a child will be pulled up, one at a time, using a special rope attached to his body. this procedure will be applied only in highly-steep elevated area the tube must have "stopper" in the opening to prevent possible water inflows & must be oxygenated the problem: how & when to create this special custom-made tubing system (with something they can hold on to or grasp inside, esp. for steep / highly elevated areas) in lightning fast i'm talking about the design of the tube & the company that can make this kind of special tube system the race against time is ticking, as heavy monsoon is drawing near somehow, if proven safe & effective, this tube system will be stored & used in future similar incidents ~~~~~~~ the rubberized tubing system must be around 4 to 5 inches thick (if possible covered with thick metallic sheet (1 centimeter) to avoid being punctured by sharp rock formation) this tubing system must be used only in areas flooded with water (critical areas) not all areas are flooded it must be tested & re-tested (7 times) before the children will be allowed to pass thru the tubing system, one at a time a child must be safely & properly guided when entering this tubing system

the narrowest part of the cave only 0.4m. the divers must take off their oxygen tanks to be able to get through that part. it's impossible to make a tube.

aghe bagasatriya if there's a will, there's a way they can drill areas to chip away & enlarge it, in fact they're doing it in some areas already besides, the narrowest portion (when diving) is around 0.75 (around 1 meter) flexible / elastic tube is bendable & may fit various cave opening / shape / contour we'll wait for elon musk and his team on their assessment & what his life-saving proposal really is check out the tube system (as plan B) click link below: especially at 6:20 kzbin.info/www/bejne/imiqp2qbabl7htE
