Thank you! Blake is a wonderful addition to the podcast. It is great for me to have someone with fresh eyes who doesn't have a background in Tai Chi or Qigong. He is terrific in grasping the deeper concepts quickly. I didn't really even know him when I asked him to give this a try. Thanks for the positive feedback. I'll be sure to let him know.

Susan you are the best. Great answer to my question. And tai chi is a great thing to do while the dough is fermenting. :-)

Wow Susan your so insightful. I've done different types of tai chi and the one I am doing now is the Taoist tai chi 108 forms. One thing I've learnt is to relax into it and feel...I forgot about the chemical side of it and how it effects the nervous system. Quite simply it gives me joy..😊 keep doing the podcast I love them. Merry Xmas from Adelaide Australia ..
