Do you have the final settings for that Anycubic ABS Pro 2 resin? That's what I'm using!
@invisibleazn93302 ай бұрын
what do you do if you don't have a good print with the calibration piece? Add exposure, reduce exposure? I have issues with prints on the left side of the bed sticking to the supports.
@ThatDudes3DPrints2 ай бұрын
In your case it could be that the bed is not level or an issue with the "autobedlevel" not really that. But I would suggest contacting Elegoo and they can provide you with a g-code file to run and help with the leveling the bed.

When importing the calibration cones, Chitubox complains of a damaged file and asks if I'd like to repair it or not. Not sure what option's the best, as I'd imagine choosing the wrong one may lead to incorrect calibration. All the best. xoxo
@ThatDudes3DPrints2 ай бұрын
I have always opted to not repair it but I am not sure if doing the repair would change anything.

I need to call their number or something. Whenever my build plate reaches the vat it just powers off everytime. Have never printed anything on it.
@ThatDudes3DPrintsАй бұрын
Yes definitely give them a call that is not normal!

@ThatDudes3DPrints i can't find a number anywhere. They haven't emailed me back from there site either.

Have you used sunlu water washable abs like resin in the Saturn 4 ultra
@ThatDudes3DPrintsАй бұрын
I have yeah its nice my only issue with water washable is the water after you have cleaned hard to get rid of Alcohol is a bit easier in my opinion.

@@ThatDudes3DPrints what settings did you use for it in the Saturn 4 ultra
@hasssalti33889 күн бұрын
my first print on that machine failed..and it took on standard speed more like 59 minutes, im looking for an altenative to my original nextdent 5100 3D printer which everything about it is expensive.. I would like to speed print ..i am lost.
@ThatDudes3DPrints8 күн бұрын
If you have the resin calibrated you can most likely switch to the fast option in the printer settings (Saturn 4 Ultra) and it will print faster and the resin will print well as long as it's calibrated beforehand
@hasssalti33882 күн бұрын
@@ThatDudes3DPrints I changed the setting in the slicer settings for the Y layering from 0.05 to 0.2 and it failed, can you do segment on how to do that or send me instruction, please .. I am almost giving up and returning the machine. also the fist 3 prints I did on the standard speed came out precise fit... but I don't know what changed they are coming out very tight... I have to adjust a lot. thank you
@ThatDudes3DPrints23 сағат бұрын
Yes I can do a segment on that but when I go to .1mm i increase my exposure time by 50% so if your going to .2mm i would say try doing that to start. May I ask why your going to a lower resolution on your prints?

I like it but I don't necessarily stand by it resin is to each their own.

@@ThatDudes3DPrints also seems to have a issue with the bottom layers sticking to the build plate super well and takes a lot effort to get off and it cracks , currently doing the cones calibration V3 with a bottom exposure of 10 seconds to see if this helps

I just got mine and the FIRST FUCKING PRINT my cones of calibration gouged the shit out of my FEP sheet so now im annoyed and discouraged
@ThatDudes3DPrints20 күн бұрын
Hey man don’t give up! I know when stuff like this happens it’s supper aggravating and you want to throw the printer out the window! But I find it helpful to take a moment and chill then go back and try to see what could have been the issue sometimes having a clear head can point out something you missed.

Sooo i just bought the saturn 4 ultra, and i cant for the life of me get a single print. Every resin calibration ive done turns out with dripping resin. It just dipped the plate in the resin. What am i doing wrong?
@ThatDudes3DPrintsАй бұрын
It could be that your bottom exposure is too short try going up by 5 to 10 seconds.

@@ThatDudes3DPrints In which program do you model? There will be a figure on the keyboard key, I want to cover it with epoxy. kzbin.info16zYAkmltA8 Is it difficult to make this kind of print? Which resin do you recommend me to use?
@ThatDudes3DPrints2 ай бұрын
I usually use Plasticity to model. If you want to make keys but the put apoxy on them I would say maybe some just standard resin would be fine or some ABS like resin for stronger parts
