I don't think this was your most successful and informative video. It would be good if any question you pose had a definitive answer, otherwise we are still none the wiser. The general guidance from NICEIC I've been given is Yes - On new builds of which are designed for disable access and ease of living. If it's a rewire it's not required to be designed and installed with disabled access in mind unless the property had already been built/designed to those requirements previously.

My caravan has also been build to British Standards. But as it is an export model and officially lives in the Netherlands, it has been modified to comply with the Dutch NEN1010 and more precise the regulations for mobile installations. I love the way you Brits build caravans! Once you understand the madness, you can appreciate it and modify it from there.

@@raychambers3646 Well Shahied did say BS8300 gave some recommendations. But he didn't mention a mounting hight for sockets. So the info i picked up from this is; use your own judgement and common sense.
