In response to the comment disliking the info about your media involvement, personally I enjoy hearing about that. The Holy Trinity show has always felt unique and very personal. I kind of enjoy hearing about 24/7 successes too. Seems to me like a win/win/win situation these days. Really Unai Emery (and our owners) has been the greatest thing that has happened to Villa in the nearly 60 years i've been following them

Not sure a team with Maatsen, Onana, Ross, Buendia, Duran and Bailey were passing sideways through nerves or reluctance. Seems to me that Unai demands it. And he seems to want it even more if the opposition look like they want to get after us. It looks odd at times. As if we are willingly sacrificing momentum and our forward firepower. Thing is, though. It works.

You just reminded me Pete I installed the underfloor heating in the Wanderers gift shop about 15 years ago 😬 I thought the young DM that came on for Onana looked more comfortable than our 1st teamers. Emi has always been good with his head, directs the ball very well.

Glad to see you’re finding success with the podcast, but the constant trumpeting of your media interviews (and previously your exclusive corporate box access) is starting to wear a little thin now. I’ve been a long-time viewer and appreciate the effort you put into your content, but a bit of humility wouldn’t go amiss sometimes. It does sting to see that when you do make the rare visit over, they roll out the red carpet, giving you access to things us ‘peasant’ fans (who have committed to the club at our lowest ebb) could never dream of experiencing. It’s hard to forget that not too long ago, you were talking about being so strapped for cash that you feared you’d never make it to VP-yet, you always manage to bag the latest club gear, and then some. And let’s not forget when you were considering putting your content behind a paywall, all while playing up your financial hardship. It does make me wonder if that was just a ruse as something just doesn’t quite add up. Appreciate you want to monetise as well but the amount of sponsor shout outs pervading the show are becoming too much for me. Not that you should care but this viewer is out. All the best.
