@@Lettuce-and-Tomatoes "Tang" very often has nothing to do with who someone loves. He sent Ann Margaret roses until the day he died with no chance of any more "Tang" and many say he missed and regretted his marriage ending so I was asking Billy if he ever said anything. Vicki

@@richardeidemiller6739 interesting! How do you know about him sending Ann Margaret roses?
@richardeidemiller67392 жыл бұрын
@@marthahumphrey3849 Well I guess the first place I heard it was from my mom but there was an interview with Ann Margaret who talked about it. Every opening night in Vegas he sent a bouquet of guitar shaped roses. He never missed and when she was opening in August 1977 and the roses weren't there she knew something was wrong of course that's because he had passed away. If you look for it on the internet you're bound to come across a story about the roses. Vicki

Though I was born in 1976 I thank God my father loved him and introduced to me Elvis at a young age. My dad was just singing an Elvis song earlier when I went to visit them. Billy and Jo, I love these fun stories of Elvis! I can understand how his privacy needed to be protected and glad he had the "Memphis Mafia" to allow for some normalcy. For years we didn't know what he did in his fun and private life, and that is ok. But I am sure he is looking down and laughing about these amazing good times you had. You are articulate and great story tellers. Your voices are pleasant and I hardly ever hear an, "Ummm, like so often in amateurs doing show on KZbin. I must admit thought, I haven't quite learned when you are kidding!! It is so funny but sometimes I wonder, "Ok, now what REALLY happened? LOL I am beginning to get it though. So glad I found you even it was after getting interested in learning more after seeing "ELVIS" I would want a movie about your lives with Elvis only if it was really done well and showed your amazing personalities and depicts what Elvis knew about you and that you are/ were precious people to be with.
