I just wanted to let you know my 6 year old granddaughter and I celebrated Elvis's birthday all day on Saturday. We had fried peanutbutter sandwiches for lunch. Then we had birthday cake and ice cream. By the way we had a life size Elvis cut out at the party also. We ended the afternoon with my granddaughters favorite Elvis movie Kissin Cousins. Thank you, Billy, for explaining about the effect of the loss of Jessie Garon on Aunt Gladys. Elvis was very sensitive, like his Mom, and it is sad that he could not have his twin with him in life. But he was also right to avoid speculating too much about the things he would never understand. I don't know much about numerology, but the numero '8' is special to me, because it's his birthday!

Ive been a nurse for going on 30 years and the little education that I have on twins, the one thing I do know that is a fact, twins have a higher risk in their future lives of having many health issues usually being GI issues. Something in the stages of the development of the babies having to survive in one placenta one usually is the dominant twin and the other would possibly have more health issues in their lives. It all boils down to the environment that the a person grows up and lives around. If one has the financial means to have access to more tools and people that allow them to live a more healthy life, but then you always hear people that are average and have a normal occupation and have to get up and go to work everyday to makes ends meet to pay the bills are living a happy and comfortable life. As this relates to Elvis he did have health issues whether people think its related to his drug dependency we will never know, but we will also never know if Elvis was the twin that was the one that inherited the genes which lead to his death. All I know is he has been my Idol since I was 12yo and now I’m 56yo and a bigger fan than ever. He was human just like we are and we all have our faults. Thats why I love listening to Billy and Jo to get the human side of Elvis. Nothing against Pricilla but today is Elvis’s birthday and I watched the cake cutting video at Graceland where she was present. When she said she was the only female around all the guys during the time she lived at G=aceland. Why would she lie just to get attention when she knows that the wives of some of the guys were there also. MS JO you were probably there and around the guys more than she was. I just can’t stand how she can talk about being the expert on Elvis when there is two people Billy and JO smith which new Elvis”s personality and his human side more than anyone and why they are now part of the Graceland expereience in Memphis is beyond me . If I had to guess what Elvis would want , I think I’m on his same side of thinking

June Juanico said he poured out missing his twin with her on her first date, Joyce Bova claimed that she was a identical twin & thats what intrigued Elvis about her. So I think he had to wonder. They have it on the Bible app. He was a Christian for sure, he seems to have been trying to figure out the pieces that didn't quite fit for him. I know 35-40 I went through the exact feelings, I also was raised Pentecostal. When you have such an inquisitive mind you have to make it all fit. You rule out things too. Lary Gellar definitely opened his mind to all things. I often wonder what he would have thought knowing Lisa was raised in Scientology and how insane their teachings smh.

That was a good question Danielle. I think in my mind I just assumed that Elvis and Jesse were identical twins, but I didn't think about them being fraternal twins. Mr. Billy, Elvis was right it was God's will for whatever reason, but I know that had to be hard on Gladys and Vernon. Poor little baby. One thing about it... they are all together in Heaven for an eternity. I hope those questions were answered once Gladys, Vernon, and Elvis got to Heaven. I've always wondered what the book of numerology was about. Thank you for sharing some of it with us. It is interesting. Elvis was a very blessed person that's for sure. Thank you for this beautiful story of Jesse and Elvis, it is certain that the twins are connected to each other and it may seem strange and disarming to us. (Just a parenthesis, 2 days ago in France took place the burial of Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff, scientists and presenters of scientific programs, they were twins who worked all their lives together, they had the Covid, they were hospitalized the same day and died eight days apart at the same time.) Gladys was very marked by the loss of Jesse and her love was stronger for Elvis because she was afraid of losing him too and she surely spoiled him a lot. My brothers are identical twins "Mirror" twins one was right handed the was left handed one step out left the other was right the same when comb their hair you can see where I am going with that bond between twins are incredible close it's amazing the telepathy between them! I seen him & Vernon carried a corner of a $10 bill in honor of each other but no one knew why. Elvis carried in his wallet a $10 corner until he died, at which point Vernon kept Elvis' in his own wallet along with his own corner of the same bill. It is believed that each man carried a piece of this bill with them as a connection to each other, and perhaps the ten-dollar denomination was chosen because of Elvis' passion for numerology and the significance of the number 10, which indicated the end of one cycle and the beginning of a new one. June Juanico met him & dated him in 1956-1957. She was who first gave him The Prophet by Khalil Gibran and he kept that book his entire life. She also said on their first date they watched the sun come up and he poured out his heart telling her about being a twin and missing him all the time. 😔

I have had the book for many, many years. Actually I’ve had two copies in my life. It is really amazing. So glad you touched on this subject. Awesome and somewhat spooky if you stay with it. Love Billy’s sense of humor and I believe highly in numbers too! Same way Billy put those Elvis numbers together- I did also and they can mean a lot and be either lucky or not lucky! I think they call it Numerology and yes it is very significant in our lives! Thanks Billy for bringing this topic to the table!
