More than a million people have paused to view a 20-year-old video of a young Bryan Andrew Wilson belting out the tune, "His Eye Is On The Sparrow." He was only 10 and singing in his first recording with the Mississippi Children's Mass Choir. Wilson is all grown up. He now recalls his memories of that day and talks about his future. Bryan, who is also now pastor in the Washington, D.C. area, has plans to use what he has learned in music to groom others to record, including his mother.

Bryan Wilson and I are about the same age and I say this, seeing him sing" his eye is on the sparrow" inspired me. As a teen I sung in the adult community choir while leading songs and recording. Although I didn't really expand on my musicianship being I learned to play the Sax and Percussion, I still love music and it is really important to us human beings in this life time.

Brian, tell that little kid that being a Christian is not the high life. That everything big starts little. And that if you start big, it’s reason for concern. Tell Him that the real gospel message is about eternal life, not success in life. Every true Christian will go through Gods refining fire. Ups, downs, mountains, valleys, slandered, praises, talked to, takes about. Disappointments, failures, heartaches. Yes, the Bible has one after the other of stories of men of God. All with their share of challenges. Tell that little boy that he shouldn’t give his life to the Lord for life improvement/ his life to be without struggles, but for when judgement day arrives, his Heavenly Father would welcome him into everlasting peace.
