I used the Apple trade-in program and upgraded from my iPhone 14 Pro Max to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. This was the best decision because the 14 always seemed buggy and I was never happy using it! but I received a great trade-in value, and I am pleased to say that the iPhone 15 Pro Max has not exhibited any of the issues I experienced previously and, iOS 18 is functioning well.
