Update this video and include real-world data of battery cycling and different modes, as well as the mobile app. I’m an installer and find it clunky, let alone the end-user homeowner. You’ll have less support calls for commissioning. Danke

We gots no videos showing the eg4 application for iPhones. Some of us don’t want or own a computer and just want to buy 3 eg4 lifepo4 v2 batteries and hook them together and use an app to look at the data. Make a video about the eg4 app in this regard plz.

I can see the dongle, connect to it, check my IP address and the gateway is 10.10.10.1 but can't get a web page, keeps timing out. Tried on my iPhone (Safari), my laptop (Edge, Chrome & Vivaldi)... all get a timeout or refuse to connect.

YOUR WATCHPOWER APP SUCKS, been trying to connect inverter to it IT WON"T LET ME either app is bad or wifi module on inverter is bad! Contacted your reps but all I get is will send INFO to someone else then try again! its been over a month of this!!
