I love my EG4 18kpv inverter and my all pro batteries. But the app could really use a feature that I’m sure all users would love, which is to receive a notification once your Battery level is at a certain percentage. Hopefully this comment sees some eyes and we can make this happen 🤞🏻

It would be very helpful if the monitoring site could send email alerts from selected variables, like SOC at a certain level or generator on/off.

I wish you showed the change log for the 6000xp on the web monitor page link. Only the 18k is on the drop down.

The 6000XP Changelog on the web had a bug at the time of recording unfortunately, but it is now fixed and should be accessible on the web app dropdown. It is also accessible on the mobile changelog!

Thanks for the update guide video. On a related note, tonight I resolved an ongoing issue with CAN communication between my 18k and LL V2 battery bank. On page 19 of the 18k install manual it instructs you to set the Lithium Type for EG4 batteries to 0: EG4. However, with that setting I was never able to see any battery bank detail information from the Monitor screen. Then tonight I read in the "EG4 18kpv Hybrid Inverter Remote Battery Update Guide v1.0" that the Lithium Brand should be set to Lithium 1 for that feature to work. So after changing that setting I now have battery detail information on my Monitor screen and I have new settings available in the Maintenance menu too. Your thoughts? But I still can't get that remote battery update feature to work between the 18k and LL V2 batteries. Is that a feature available to 18k/LL V2 owners?

The 6000XP Changelog on the web had a bug that has now been fixed. It should be accessible now on both mobile and desktop!

Updating firmware is entirely optional in the majority of cases. We primarily use firmware updates as a method to push requested features out to customers (such as Generator Boost) or fix bugs that users may have encountered.
