Hello vineet Sir, We are from a very poor family and sold our village land to save my mother. My mother (Age 61) has been suffering from Non small cell lung cancer since 2023 December, EGFR Mutation (EXON 19 detected) is positive. Oncologist has started dacomitinib 30 mg from Jan 2024. After that a few months OK , but later she started facing breathing issues from April 2024. however we did PET CET (August 2024) scan and the size of cancer was reduced than the initial stage. Because of breathing issues from Sept 2024 in Chest X-ray was done by a pulmonologist and found lots of fluid in lungs. The pulmonologist started draining the fluid so that she could keep breathing properly. Please suggest what to do now ? Should I change the medicine? OR How to enroll my mother in osimertinib (Tagrisso)/ similar plan so that she can get free medicine as we are losing all money . Thank you so much Sir.
