In north chennai like thiruvottiyur, wimco nagar, ennore, thandayarpet, korukupet, redhills, kavaankarai people usually call this recipe as mutta masala😋 It is famous in those area 😙 everyday after 5 pm you can see variety of burmese foods available over there 😊

Ma'am! I think the name egg bhejo is a big wrong.Bhejo came from Barmese name Pae Kyaw and used in Barmese noodle soup (Mot Hin Gar).This is called Egg Masala.I am Barmese and it look really delicious.✌
