Egg Biriyani
INGREDIENTS | தேவையான பொருட்கள்
Egg / முட்டை - 5 No.
Basmati Rice / பாசுமதி அரிசி - 1/2 Kg
Onion / வெங்காயம் - 2 No.
Tomato / தக்காளி - 1 1/2 No.
Ginger Garlic Paste / இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது - 2 tbsp
Green Chilli / பச்சை மிளகாய் - 5 to 6 No's
Curd / தயிர் - 125 ml
Whole Garam Masala /முழு கரமசாலா - As Required
Coriander Leaves / கொத்தமல்லி - A Handful
Mint / புதினா - A Handful
Turmeric Powder / மஞ்சள் தூள் - Pinch
Chilli Powder / மிளகாய் தூள் - 1 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Powder / தனியா தூள் - 1/2 tsp
Oil / எண்ணெய் - 150ml
Ghee / நெய் - 1 tbsp
Salt / உப்பு - To Taste
