Egg Butter is a THING?! Tasting Vegan Munavõi in Tallinn, Estonia! 🇪🇪

Egg butter is such a popular dish in Estonia, but surely a dish comprising of two totally non vegan ingredients can't be made vegan?
We headed to Kringel, a totally vegan cafe in Tallinn, Estonia to see how they made the impossible possible and created their own, entirely plant-based version of this Estonian classic. Meet us at the famous old Linnahall, where we start our quest to find this impressive vegan munavõi! I associate munavoi (that is the Finnish spelling rather than the Estonian spelling "munavõi") with Finland where I first met it as something to put on karjalanpiirakka (Kareelian pies - which are thin rye crusts filled with often rice or sometimes other things) I used to work in Tallinn in the early 2000s but I was only a vegetarian then. I am pleased they have replicated a classic dish as it a karjalanpiirakka without a topping can be boring LOL This is my first video of yours I have watched and was attracted by "munavõi", Estonia and "vegan". I have subscribed.
