Instead of mixing masala after drying bhurji, mix and stir with egg in a seperate bowl before pouring in kadhai. That way, the spices mix well with even consistency.

Rahul K it doesn’t work like that, it’s not 3.44 minutes, if you add the decimal it’s wrong because time is measured in different units, eg: 0.60 doesn’t mean 60 seconds

I prefer boiling maggi after i had let the masala boil for a few mins because that way the maggi stays a lil firmer and it tastes better and also masala get mixed well with the noodles.

Thanks for your video ,but you have to put the masala after onions, as masala also needs to be fried. This enhances the taste of masala in the dish. Both have different tastes, fried and normally putted. Thanks again
