Hey Rich, thanks for the quick video! It has been 5 years since I have used mine and needed a quick reminder. I like to put a little salt and paprika on top of my egg and I made sure to cut a pad of butter into smaller pieces and put a little under the egg, a little under and above the English muffin and a little on the inside of the English muffins as well. My favorite cheese to use on these is smoked gouda, Yum!

Richard, very nice & I do not have one of these but it look like it could be used for biscuits, bagel, etc.. I like Thomas english muffin brand, still have a ways to go on healing up

I suppose I'm a bit too cautious. I always wait until the egg appears to be fully cooked before adding the top bread. I also regularly use the center rings to "cut" the bread and/or the ham. I just press the ring down hard. Then, if necessary I use scissors to trim away the overflow parts. I add them to the meat as a second layer.

I do the same thing. I only put the top bun in for about the last 90 seconds because I want the egg to be fully cooked.

I just got mine 20 mins ago. I got the dual one and it has a timer. Why break the egg yolk its the only thing I don't understand. How does it taste? You see I gained a lot of weight to the tune of 375lbs I then made diet changes got to 275lbs got stuck there then I started eating 2 of these a day and I'm now at 228lbs. I'm a bit tired of eating these but after 24+ hours of not eating just about anything tastes good but I thought man wouldn't it be nice to make my sandwiches all at once. Instead of having to toast the muffin and cook the eggs and lastly heat the sausage patties or ham depending which I want. I'm just a bit tired and I saw this machine and thought this thing might be just what I need to help me lose the rest of my weight. I need to lose 10 to 30 lbs more before I can start eating normally again.

Great work on the weight loss! Congratulations. Typically the sandwich is made with the egg over hard so it doesn't run everywhere when you bite into it. It's more like a fried scrambled egg. Thanks so much for watching. Good luck on the rest of your weight loss.

@@RICHARDINTHEKITCHEN Hmm, I like my eggs to have yolk in them. However, it leaves a strange taste behind I've been heating it up and cleaning it to remove any possible thing from the manufacturer, did you notice anything like that when you first got it? I don't really like the egg it cooks not sure if I'm just tired of eggs or something else. However, I can pan-fry my egg . I have the double version and it has a timer and everything so I put my muffin in well would be upside down under the bottom of each side where it toasts it in a way that I like because it toasted and steamed making it chewy rather then hard toasted like when I did it the first time, the under side of the muffin that was touching the grill toasted it and became hard toasted not sure why because if I flip it; it doesn't get hard. I've been experimenting with it trying to find the best way to cook them, I can tell you this I can hardly wait to get rid of my last 30lbs so I can eat normally again. I'm doing this because I don't like them that much and this makes it so I will only eat 2 in a day, One when I wake 1 before bed. I've lost 147lbs by diet alone since I'm disabled.
