Egg Pie recipe, crust and filling
For egg pie crust ✅
2 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tsp rock salt
1/3 cup lard shortening
1/3 cup water
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup cake flour
For egg pie filling ✅
2 PCs whole eggs from large eggs
2 PCs egg yolk from large eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup powdered milk
3and 1/2 tbsp corn starch or 30g
1 tbsp vanilla extract
100ml water
1 can evaporated milk (360ml)
For meringue ✅
2 PCs egg white (large eggs)
1 tbsp white sugar
Bake;
Temperature:160°c
Function: up and down
Time:1 hour + 20 minutes
Kailangan malamig na malamig bago tanggalin sa moulder
