EGG PIE
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
¾ cup (180 grams) salted butter, cut into cubes
¼ cup ice cold water
2 egg yolks
Filling:
2 cans condensed milk
2 cups evaporated milk
6 whole eggs
6 egg yolks
1-2 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 egg whites

Chef, maraming salamat sa recipe! Sobrang dali nyang gawin and yet sobrang sarap ng lasa! Very authentic na eggpie “bakery” talaga. Skeptic ako dun sa crust na ginawa ko kasi hindi kasingganda ng sa yo pero nagulat ako sa lasa, flaky sya at buttery kaya natuwa talaga ako. More power to you and more recipes to look forward to!
