Egg roast is a popular side dish with idiappam( string hoppers), appam, chapathi, puttu etc..
in this video I’m sharing an easy version of egg roast without too many ingredients.

Fennel 3/4 tsp
Curry leaves
Green chilli 1
Onion 2
Tomato 2 small
Chilli powder 3/4 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp

I don’t reheat cooked eggs. You can make the masala on the previous day and add eggs before serving

Lovely recipe...one doubt if we hv to make for 8people should v double the onions or just simply take 3onions. Coz i fefl onions are sweet so the roast will become sweet
