I live in jamshedpur jharkhand ,here, generally the style they make in are ...parathas are not lacchedaar, and the filling contains cooked masaledar beet roots cabbage onion etc and ofcourse sauces..but when I've tried an egg roll in kolkata ... The flavour of kasundi and raw onions specially cucumber Is must in their style..it just took my heart away..i prefer kolkata style egg roll more..btw I'm surely gonna follow this recipe today only..loved it.

Very nicely made and gud presentation. It has been shown the exact way how it's been prepared. Usually the tipical outside road side roll wala fries the paratha bit more so that it becomes more crispy. Anyway it's looks good and delicious aswell.
