This video was amazing, I am new to Egg Carving but have away been very artistic. He has given me lots of inspiration and shown just how much detail you can put into your work if you work hard and practice. I am working on my first Ostrich egg and some goose egg that I want to make Christmas designs on fingers cross and of coarse lots of focus and hard work. Thank you very much for uploading this video

I think he uses small carving tools. Those you use on wood or stone, just quite small.
