Egg Weights vs Title Boxing Hand Weights | Product Review

I decided to try out Egg Weights during my shadowboxing sessions. To be fully convinced of their overall benefit I put them up against some less expensive Title Boxing hand weights. if you train Boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, or Kickboxing odds are you do several rounds of shadow boxing. Could either of these be of benefit to your conditioning and skills?

I went with flat egg weights awhile ago and they felt great but were only half a pound each. Went up to the 3 pound round (1.5 pound each) and liked them as well although not as much. I couldn't justify $60 on them and to be honest it just annoyed me at how overpriced a stupid ball of metal is. Recently picked up "Nicole Miller Sport" handweights which are IDENTICAL to the Title (tried both and they must be manufactured by the same company and then licensed). Even though only 2 pounds each I liked them but didn't love them. It is funny you mentioned "flow" because that is exactly what I say when coaching. When you reach that point when it feels like your uppercut hook and straights feel like they are all connected with minimal transition you know you have reached a certain level. The Title type handweights prevent that for some reason. I cant explain why but my flow feels off. I am still using them for just warmups but prefer either two rolls of quarters or believe it or not two single battery vape mods which feel real good as well Good video. Nice to see we reached the same conclusions
