Sugar jyada hone se cake chipchipa ho jata hai ya cake thik se bake nahi hua hoga. Kabhi kabhi temp jyada hone se cake jaldi se rise ho jata hai. Bahar se bake ho jata hai par andar se kachcha rah jata hai isliye spongy nahi ban pata. Cake ko preheated kadhai ya oven pe slowly bake kijiye to achchha banega

Banana cake me do banana ko blend karke add karna hoga. Orange cake me orange juice and orange ke chilke ko grate karke daalna hoga. Almond cake me quarter cup chopped almonds add kar dijiye batter me. Apple cinnamon cake me 2 apple ko grate karke and 1 tsp cinnamon powder lena hoga
