Bakery Maida -500 grams
Instant dry yeast- 10 grams
Sugar- 8 grams
Salt-12 grams
Refined oil- 25 grams/ml
Bread Improver- 5 grams
Sesame seeds- 5 grams
Milk for milk wash
First proofing- 45 minutes
Second proofing - 1 hour 10 minutes
Baking Time- 18 minutes
Baking Temperature- 180 degree Celsius
