As usual you don’t just demonstrate, but you teach the recipe. Thanks for the patient, detailed video. I wish I had seen this about 5 - 6 years ago, when I started to bake breads and buns at home. I had to google so much to understand about yeasts, which you have so clearly explained in a couple of minutes. 😀 I learnt about using potato as a new trick thanks to you. Finally I am still wondering about the difference between burger buns and just buns...or dinner rolls as we call. Because this is how I always bake buns, except that I have not used potato starch so far. Can someone help me to understand please? It has been awhile since I baked buns / rolls. Now I can almost smell the aroma of freshly baked buns. I thought eggs are anyway not used in baking breads and buns, except as egg wash if one likes.

We brought our oven 5 years ago and istg I’ve not used it more than 15 times , i tried to bake cakes 3-4 times and they all failed and I simply gave up , tried cooking things in there but they didn’t turn out as expected and i just thought making everything in pan was easier and less time consuming, i make pizza in pan rather than over maybe because I tend to overcook things in the oven

Excellent! One Request: Can you kindly do an exclusive Video on OTG Agaro 40 litres Oven Settings for baking? Many a time, outer crust is baked. Inner is kaccha. How to use the different features of OTG for a Vegetarian ? Like Grill.. Actually an entire demo with sample food items will be very very helpful. Pls consider this for an OTG Series. Loved the potato idea. I still have an issue with Maida and White Sugar. Hoping to use substitutes. Thanks for your Wonderful KNowledge Sharing!! Ganga

Simply superb info for baking. I have baked buns and fresh buns are so yum to eat. These buns can be used for pavbhaji if placed in a baking tin before bench proofing. It's joy to watch the hot buns you made come out of the oven.
