EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES | simple no egg chocolate cupcakes with buttercream frosting

All of us bakers need a good chocolate cupcake recipe in life and I'm so excited to share mine with you! It's really a fool-proof recipe that makes incredibly soft, fluffy and flavourful chocolate cupcakes. I like decorating them with vanilla buttercream frosting but you could also do a choc buttercream / cream cheese frosting or chocolate ganache!

INGREDIENTS (makes 12 cupcakes)
¾ cup vegetable oil
1 + ¼ cup superfine sugar
1 cup yogurt/ hung curd
1+ ½ cup maida
¾ cup cocoa powder
A pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ cup milk, room temp
You can also add a tsp of coffee powder into the batter!
To make these cupcake in convection microwave- bake at 180C for 18-20 min.

Just made it. Without frosting and added coffee as well. Really decadent cupcakes and quick recipe. Easy Clean up. I didn't have a machine so i hand whisked sugar and oils, so couldn't incorporate too much air but my cupcakes looked the same as yours in the video. Thanks for sharing
