Hi Parth by icing sugar you mean castor sugar? Because In the video that’s what you’ve mentioned however your description says icing sugar. Please clarify. :)

Hi parth between the cake slices the ganach i feel it was slightly thick I noticed when u was laying u found it difficult in spreading.

Hey! Oven settings vary from oven to oven! So you should follow whatever settings you use for cakes in general

Heyyy! You can go to google and get conversions very easily :) and the batter will not be of pouring consistency don’t worry!
