And I saw you baked one by one , how do you keep second cake batter so don’t get flat 😊 And in baking I saw cover with sliver foil , dose that help ? To keep the cake moist. Sometimes cake becomes dry in oven.

Hi ritu nice video, Hey one doubt the batter can be kept for half an hour after mixing and should we keep in the fridge or at room temperature? As they say the chemical reacts immediately

I use non dairy whipping cream...You can use any brand non dairy whipping cream

If you ever get the cake to moist!!! Assemble the cake keep it in the fridge that will help!!!( It happened with me once and I keep it in fridge and everything worked for me)

Nice video Ritu. Any reason behind covering cake pan with aluminum foil...and leaving batter for 25 min will not effect rising of cake???

Reason behind it is to prevent the cake top from getting hard while baking and the batter won't be affected...
