I've just started my internship as a trainee in a hotel's pastry department. Lots of recipes i wanted to try my own. But most houses except from quite rich family in my country don't have built-in oven in their houses. Mine also. So, while saving up to buy my own portable oven, these kind of recipes without oven is what i need. Thanks, Anna! ^^
@JennsCorner7774 жыл бұрын
You might enjoy puddings, and creme caramels or flan or even candy making all delicious and no oven needed. Or also look into freezer pies, ice creams, sorbets etc.

Oh my goodness I absolutely love these Anna 😍 I’ve never seen this process before. Fantastic. When reducing the syrup, do you recommend a thick bottomed pot so that the syrup doesn’t burn ? because the heat is on high the whole time yes?

Hi thank you for the video I only want to ask you Recently I started making popsicles as a project to earn some money, but they become soft in hot weather and lose their hardness. I tried making these today and they came out pretty good however had trouble with the flavour. I added strawberry juice 2 tbsp, in to the sugar mix but the final lolly only tasted like the corn syrup. I dont wanna add too much juice to keep the candy clear but i want more flavour. Pls help
@JeffO- Жыл бұрын
I know this is very old, but in case you're seeing it, Was the strawberry juice reduced? Also, strawberries have a lot of aromatics that affect the perceived flavor. You may want to try searching 'making lollipops with freeze dried strawberries' on Google.
