Hi. If you have a 4x4 inch, the layer thickness will be comfortable. You can also use a 6x6 inch, layers will be slightly thinner. Alternatively, loaf (8x3x3 inch) can also do ☺️

Hi, I just wanted to know about baking soda we put in cakes and browine some people say that we shouldn't use baking soda or yogurt or even vinegar ? Is it false or true? Can you also tell the difference between baking soda vs baking powder.. yogurt vs vinegar.. cake gel vs cake concentrate.. all do's and don'ts for eggless perfect sponge cake and eggless browine. Please share your knowledge and thoughts. I'm sure many people would want to know about this stuff.
