Eggless Milk Biscuits Recipe

A basic cookie/biscuit prepared using milk powder :)
Ingredients List -
Milk Powder - 1 cup
Granulated sugar - 1/3rd cup
Unsalted Butter - 1/2 cup
Baking Soda - 1/4th tbsp
Baking Powder - 1/2 tbsp

Hello Karuna!! The dough didn't come out as shown in this video. The dough was dry so I wet my hand with water but that made the dough hard and when I tried cutting it into pieces it crumbled.
