Rind of 1 orange
Rind of 1 lemon
250g butter
a pinch of salt
250g condensed milk ( 200g if you like less sweet)
1 tbsp corn oil
250g all purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
sieve the flour and baking powder 3X
2 tbsp sunquick orange extract
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 tbsp chocolate rice
7X7 inch baking tin
160c 45 mins

Hi, this looks lovely. As an example, f I bake it on Monday, for Wednesday, will it be perfectly fine? It'll stary soft and moist? I wanted to make x1.5 of this recipe.

I have not tried like what you wanted. Difficult for me to advice. But you try. Can add almond meal. Taste will be different.

The condensed milk is added replacing the sugar. Also it helps a little with the texture since no eggs. But if you want to add eggs here, then u also have to add castor sugar. It will b totally a different recipe. If you insist, 2 eggs and 200g castor sugar. Try it

Condensed milk is more suitable. You can try with powder milk . I havent done this with powder milk.

Anyway did you measure it exactly sis. It is sweet but maybe for some it is too sweet. Maybe just reduce d condensed milk further. Ive also suggested to lessen it in my description box...thank you sis for alerting me
