Ingredients:
300g plain flour (mida).
500 butter
300 brown sugar ( powder)
200g semoule (rava)
1/2 tin (150ml) condensed milk
1tsp bicarbonate soda ( baking soda)
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
100g sunflower seeds
100g walnuts
100g cashew nuts
150 g green and black raisins
150 g sultana
150g mix fruits
150g dates
100g glacé cherries
100g glacé ginger
100g cut mixed peel
40ml rose water
40 ml vanila essence
40 ml almond essence
40 ml or 20 ml rum flavoured
80 ml cooking wine
80 ml golden syrup

In the method of cake you mentioned half condensed milk, half tin warm water. if water used for cake it will stay long.
