EGGLESS WAFFLES RECIPE + how to make waffles without waffle maker | EGGLESS CRISPY WAFFLES

It’s a Sunday which means we must alllll make waffles for breakfast! This #Eggless #Waffle recipe is super simple and only calls for some very basic ingredients that I’m sure you already have at home. No fancy ingredients, no eggs and still this recipes makes the most yum crisp cafe style waffles. You can also make them with whole wheat flour if you want to avoid maida.
I also share with you how you can make these eggless waffles without a waffle maker/ waffle iron. The hack is to use a sandwich griller. I’ve done a video on this earlier but I thought I’ll share it again. In a sandwich maker, it’ll take about 10-15 minutes for the waffles to become crisp!
Ooo and making this for your sibling on #Rakshabandhan would be such a great idea!!
Recipe Notes
The milk I used it at room temperature
Adding lemon juice ( or any acid) to the milk splits it and gives us buttermilk that makes the waffles fluffier
You can also use white vinegar instead of lemon juice
I made the waffles with maida (all purpose flour) but you can also use whole wheat flour
If you don’t have a waffle maker, use a sandwich grilled- it takes much longer for the waffles to become crisp
The cooking time will depend completely on the waffle maker you are using
The waffle maker I used is from Koryo but I don’t love it so much.
If you want to make these waffles chocolaty, simply replace 1/4 cup of flour with cocoa powder

It is worth noting that using a detergent cleaner on a waffle plate is never recommended kzbin.infoUgkxUfphIgghPSpAXNq6OG2WRYsFVqylcqMn though people who don't understand about kitchen hygiene won't understand that a stiff brush is all that is necessary to clean the inside of the unit. Let it cool slightly but still perform the cleaning while it's warm. I used to have a Black and Decker unit that I just loved, and was concerned when we had to replace it that I might not find one that I like just as much. This one does it for me.
