*I bought this to replace an old Sunbeam waffle **MyBest.Kitchen** and pancake maker that my parents received as a wedding present. It is very simple to use and makes perfect waffles. I followed the instructions and lightly seasoned the waffle grids before using it the first time, and my waffles pop right out without any sticking at all. The indicator light system makes very consistent waffles, just slight the lever to the doneness you like, pour batter on when the green light is on and remove when the red light comes on. I can make four large waffles in about five minutes.*

You listen and you listen good . My 9 year old son tried the recipe with little assistance from me. This goes to say that the recipe was so well explained that even he could follow it. I made a few changes like adding 1 tbsp of corn flour for extra crispness. Added a little more sugar and added a dash of Madagascar vanilla. They were freaking divine. I was dreading that this might be a big fail but we certainly have a winner at hand. This is hands down the best recipe for waffles. Bless you and keep sharing.

The first time I tried it came out amazing but for second time I had ran out of cream so instead I added curd n 2 tablespoons of extra flour n it turned out amazing if u also ran out of cream make sure to try this it really works amazingly

Bro this recipe is the best, I have been using this recipe for the 5 th time and it comes perfect everytime, although a top would be to use 110g of flour and 10g of cornstarch or even cornflour, instead of 130g of flour to make it light, regardless an amazing recipe, and an easy one for an amazing breakfast or an evening treat with homemade brownies and icecream, also after cooking the waffle. Let it cool down on a wire rack to prevent sogginess.

I don't have a waffle iron so tried it on appe paniyaram pan. It came out good. I didn't have fresh cream at home. So I replaced it with Malai on top of our curd. Thanks for the awesome recipe.

i suggest using use the malai on the regular milk instead of whipping cream pro tip : whip the whipping cream and serve it on the side with nuttela or strawberries
