This video makes it unclear what steps you are doing. Why are you heating milk? Where is the sweetener? Egg nog is usually only drunk on Thanksgiving and Christmas and is cold, not warme.d

You heat up the Milk to thicken the eggyolks. The measurements are Not clear to See, thats is indeed a bit pity.
