You inspired me. I made our own homemade Rocky Road Ice cream. I'll be honest, I'd forgotten that was an ice cream (it's been a while since I even looked at store ice creams, so I've forgotten many flavors). But man, this hit the spot! And our marshmallows stayed soft, unlike store brands. It was the best rocky road ever!

I have two kids 3 and 1 years old and omg I sometimes feel I go crazy, mainly because I not only have home chores but also must complete my projects that I work with.
