ගෙදර තියෙන තුනපහ ටිකම ටිකක් වෙනස් විදිහට යොදාගෙන හදපු රසම රස වම්බටු කරියක්.
හදපු විදිහ මෙතනින්.
Ingredients අවශ්‍යද්‍රව්‍ය :
Eggplant 🍆 බටු 1 kg
1 big Onion ලූණු
3-4 Green Chillies අමු මිරිස්
Curry Leaves කරපිංචා
Garlic 5-6 cloves සුදුලූණු
Cumin seeds සුදුරු 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds අබ 1tsp
Pepper ගම්මිරිස් 1 tsp
Cardamom pods කරදමුංගු 4-5
Cinnamon Sticks කුරුඳු
Chilli powder මිරිස් කුඩු 2 tbsp
Dark roasted curry powder බැදපු කළු තුනපහ කුඩු 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder කහ
Tamarind paste සියඹලා 2 tbsp
Salt for taste ලුණු
