I'm so delighted to find you! I'm not on Facebook, but when I "googled" 'eggplant airfryer' I found your Facebook post mentioning this KZbin channel... in your Facebook post, you mentioned your JennAir air fryer, and I was hoping this KZbin post would mention airfrying the breaded eggplant cutlets... maybe you have another KZbin post about airfrying breaded eggplant cutlets for eggplant parm (I hope I hope)... if not, I know Weight Watchers sprays breaded chicken cutlets with Pam for airfrying, and I have tried that with breaded eggplant cutlets, but man, airfryers can only do little batches...it's like taking a row-boat to China... wondering if there's a way to oven-fry breaded eggplant cutlets for eggplant parm... maybe I'd have to spread on a cookie sheet & cook on high oven rack to crisp the cutlets? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated (P.S. Definitely LOVE the singing whilst you're cooking!! It's like you're here giving me a lesson! 😊 Thanks so much! I love eggplant Parm. Unfortunately the mom & pop Italian cafe we went to closed during COVID. No one else compares to that little eatery. 😢 I am handicapped & cannot stand at the stove to cook it anymore. 😢 Yours looks so delicious! ❤

That was my mom's favorite way, with bread crumbs. Since she passed, I don't make it often. I always do it with bread crumbs in her memory. 😇

I've never made pork cutlets. Do you use like boneless pork chops? How do you serve them?

@@annemarieh6595 Hello🙋‍♀️...yeah I use boneless pork chops. It's exactly like chicken cutlets...just pork though. I add to the Italian bread crumbs...garlic powder, onion powder...sometimes lemon pepper & dill...you can change up the spices. Fry them up nice & crispy or bake them. I serve them with a side veg & potato...usually green beans & mash potatoes.
