So as an intermittent faster, my eating window had closed…until this video. I couldn’t relax until making a quarter of the recipe for myself. While I might have added a tad too much water, it was still very creamy and so delicious. I even got to use up my pancetta. Now, if only I had the energy to make that mascarpone and raspberry puff delight. For another time. Thank you!

My mother in law made this at least 1 Sunday every month, she was from Padua, but she also said pasta isn't pasta unless it's homemade! She made killer raviolis with cow brains, miss her cooking so much! I still make her pasta by hand ❤ mangiare 😊
