Oat flour waffles! I make them probably once a week with this no sugar oat mix, blend it up to flour consistency and add a small egg (from my backyard hens), tsp of baking powder, cinnamon, tsp oil, milk enough to get lava consistency batter and some stevia or splenda to sweeten and Xanthum gum to help bind and into waffle iron to cook. Tastes better than bleached flour waffles but without unhealthy flour and sugar and has added fiber from oats. Top with sugar free syrup, walnuts and some blueberries and it's the bomb!! Super healthy too

Whenever I watch your videos I just get so inspired!! It only makes me sad I can't fully make them because some of the ingredients are really expensive in Russia or just hard to find, well, at least good quality ones( I've never had a ripe avocado in Russia for example 😅 or a bag of mozzarella cheese that costs like 5kg of good meat..
@lavacookie826911 жыл бұрын
I tried it right after watching the video. I didn't have any raw fish to hand so I took some smoked ham and I haven't any salat. I put it on toast bread because I haven't english muffins and put some oregano in the sauce. It was soooo delicious. I'll make it again tomorrow morning :3
