Bhaiya kya hum har roj Sare muscles train kar sakte hai legs chod kar like week me ek din legs pura and baki din sare muscles but har ek muscle ke different heads. Example:- aaj maine upper chest, front shoulder, upper back, and biceps triceps ke koi exercise... Kyuki main mere ghar se bahar city me rehta hyu toh khana vagaira thik se ho nahi pata toh jab bhi ghar ata hyu gym chala jata hyu bhale ek hafta ya do hafte utne me pump ho jata hyu thoda bohot...also aisa kar sakte hai toh program bhu bata do please

6 ft shi toh h ab kya amitabh bacchan bn na h . Aur sirf creatine se kuch nhi hoga workout karna hoga bricks Lelo aur uske baad 5 kg dumbbell agar afford kar sako toh warna cement ke bnalo . Pehle saare workout sikho har body part ke uske baad 2.5-3 g creatine lena month m 5 days ka gap le Lena agar gym jao toh regular kar sakte ho baaki ek room pe bhi body bn sakti h push ups variants , squats aur har cheez ko weight bna lo balti m 2 -3 bricks dalke use karo aur fir dheer dheere bricks badhao jiss se progressive overload hoga aur recovery pe bhi dhyan dena . Creatine ke saath achi diet hi work kregi warna nhi
