A: Our Thoughts Will Follow is a fan-made, supernatural Omori alternative universe of the post-truth, normal route ending (no visible disappearance of Somethings), along with not receiving the Universally Loved Achievement. Okay I need to rant about how good that Omori painting "jumpscare" was. It's literal perfection for this series. It fits in so well and I love it. It's sudden, it's silent, it's still. I love these kinds of scares in media because it just always gets you, even when you are expecting it. Even during the following dialogue, as you read, you just still have the jarring silence and that god awful image of Omori's horrifyingly Watchful Gaze. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if that actually was Omori staring at them then and there. The whole time I watched it I just kept expecting an actual jumpscare or loud noise or some sort of movement or distortion but it never came. And it just made the whole scene that much better. GOD I LOVE THIS SCENE SO MUCH I JUST AICKAOCNWKAX P L E A S E LET THERE BE MORE KF THIS CREEPY DISTURBING STUFF AAAAA (And the but with Rococo going completely blank and dead eyed while the room destroys itself, holy shit. Chills. Actual chills. It makes me think that that scene was Omori's version of "You better be on your best god damn behavior or else imma beat your ass.")

Spoilers for the video if you don’t want to read this yet: The "painting" is a damn good scare, and i can see a lot of people getting unnerved by it. The buildup, the style change, the way the music completely stops, everything about the scene and what comes after is chilling. Feels like something straight out of the game. Very excited to see the horror elements you include going forward. Really liking the narrative so far! Keep up the amazing work!
