EGR Systems 101: Looking Inside a 120,000 Mile EGR System

After only 120,000 miles, the soot (particulate matter) buildup on this 6.7 Cummins was already becoming an issue. Without a FASS EGR Filter in place, soot would only continue to build up on critical engine components, eventually causing premature failures.
We have additional EGR Filter Kits currently in testing (including but not limited to 6.7 Cummins), so stay tuned!
EGR Filter Kits are currently available for:
-2017-2019 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 with the 6.7 Powerstroke
-2017 to 2019 GM 2500/3500 with the 6.6 L5P Duramax
-2020 to 2024 GM 2500/3500 with the 6.6. L5P Duramax
