shes obviously high maintenance, the husband had to keep talking her down and downright said on tv that she is 'dramatic' (and overbearing). these kinds of women are unbearable, they emasculate their husbands but want them as a golden goose.

Mike is so FINE! I luv watching Egypt & Mike - they are both AWESOME but I do crush on Mike! Did you see the segment when Egypt pushed him in the pool and then ran from him & he gets out of the pool to run after her? Luv luv luv this couple's display of their relationshiip beyond their business acumen!

I made an involuntary, guttural grunt at 8:14. The chipping block's blue base with the thick slab just made the place. Really nice. And matching color just makes it a beautiful extension of the island . The range hood is sweet too.

this is a miss. the woman is obviously controlling and wants the picture perfect life financed by her husbands hard work without regard for him...she will get tired of the blue in a couple of years and make her husband spend more money on a remodel. I would have gone with a white kitchen and softly painted walls in the great room and other rooms to give the contrast and artistic drama (rather than emotional drama). Repainting and decorating is less costly than a total kitchen rebuild. These kind of women put pressure on their husbands to pay for whatever they think the most fashionable thing is. she clearly didn't like the blue but didn't want to tell Egypt she wanted something else to save face and to seem 'fashionable'. ugh. or else Egypt could have given her a black kitchen which is more timeless and elegant while being moody. the blue looks like a lego kitchen, its tacky.

I totally agree! Additionally, Egypt was more focused on her design than what her client wanted and liked which is unusual for her. When I watched this episode I could tell the client wasn’t happy and I wasn’t either lol bc the blue was too blue and not the “statement” that she said it would be.I wouldn’t be surprised if the client had those cabinets painted immediately after.

Egypt could have done a two tone kitchen, white uppers and blue lowers. Also they could have gone with another house at 600K, rather than do this one at 550K and pay another 80K for the renovation.

Are these pepple real estate agents as well as builders. Alot of American men are builders/carpenters thats seen as unwanted jobs in magical Kenya- big mistake by Kenyans
