Ingredients
500 gms Minced Mutton
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Cup Hung Curd
1 Tbsp Roasted Bengal Gram
1 Tbsp Roasted Peanuts
8-10 Almonds
6-7 Cardamoms
6 Cloves
2 Pcs Cinnamon
½ Tsp Black Pepper Corns
2 Tbsp Poppy Seeds (Optional)
Small piece of Dried Coconut
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3 Tbsp Fried Onions
Juice of one Lemon
2 Green Chillies
Some Coriander Leaves
Some Mint Leaves
Garnish and Serve with Ginger Julienne
