I am making this tomorrow for Eid here in Vienna, VA! I watch your recipes with an eagle eye and noticed a minor error or two in the directions. At the start, the ingredient list mentions 2 tsp tandoori masala but you are saying 3 tsp. Later when you're preparing the masala paste, you seem to be adding the chili powder (2 tsp) and tandoori masala (3 tsp) with the nutmeg/mace. However, you repeat tandoori masala (3 tsp) twice. The ingredient list is missing green chilies. Seems you also added sugar after the salt in both the masala paste for chicken and in the liquid for the pulao. How much total sugar do you use for this recipe? I share your recipes with American friends and so I write them down in English and try to be as precise as possible. Just wanted to make sure I have noted everything correctly. Thank you! You're awesome! Love your impeccable taste in saris especially this beautiful gadwal and the jewelry. My dream is to eat food prepared in your own hand one day!!!!
