Does it have real tweeters?Can you see through the bass port are they connected?

They are separate drivers, as far as ‘real’…I mean, they aren’t ‘fake’ but they aren’t Bowers Wilkins.

@@EightSixMatt I have Genesis Helium 200 speakers. They also have tweeters but they are very quiet. I thought they are just for the looks but they are connected. For the price I can't complain and they have very good sound.

Sounds like you might have a bad cable. An argument for companies not using captive cables in my book. =\

@@EightSixMatt I agree. That was one of the drawbacks when I was researching. It would be nice to be able to swap cables to test them out. It turns out that the speakers just dont pick up quiet sounds for some strange reason.

FIRST! These sound boxy/hollow to me. Yyours sounded fine. The lighting feature on these should be reversed. Meaning, imagine the speakers swapped. Left one on the right and vise versa. They're more aesthetically appealing that way, with the light sides facing away from one another instead of towards each ther. Like this: [θ 💻 θ] and not θ] 💻 [θ Brackets equal lighting, while θ represents woofer and tweeter. Solve for x. Great, simple review 👍

I thought that too when I set them up initially, about the lights that is. Glad it wasn't just me thinking that it was kind of odd.
