"A mighty fortress is our God" (German: "Ein feste Burg ist unser Gott") is one of the best known hymns by the reformer Martin Luther, a prolific hymnodist. Luther wrote the words and composed the melody sometime between 1527 and 1529. It has been translated into English at least seventy times and also into many other languages. The words are a paraphrase of Psalm 46.

Do you think this is still protestant? I think this church unluckily rejected sola scripturat. They don't only are blessing homo marriages, and practising homosexuality among priests, organising worships for atheists, but even leader od this "church" Jackelen and other leaders near openly rejected sola scriptura for example by denying miracle beginning of humanity of Jesus (I don't know how to say this is english, I think about situation, when embryo starts growning into mother's body). Ein fester Stützpfeiler protestantischen Gemeindelebens. Umso überraschender, wenn es solo gesungen wird. Wie die junge Sängerin aber bei fast jeder Zeile neu ansetzt, ist meinen Ohren unvertraut. Idiocy, Luther chained germans to the feudal Lords and caused the peasant wars than devastated Germany. Anglicanism stailed England and murdered more people than the accusations to the Inquisition. Calvinists were like muslims in Switzerland, Netherlands and Scotlands, with Calvin murderings those who didn't agreed with him like Michael Servet. Protestants have brought moral relativism and destroyed the Christian values of Western Civilization (if not ask Luther who allowed divorce, poligamy and even infidelity).
